Although our food was lovely (tho mine arrived rare when ordered medium rare) our waitress was not suited to a restaurant of this caliber and it dramatically effected our experience. We had wonderful service and our food was excellent. And it was hot out. Also messed up my tea order, forgot to bring the tea, and spilled hot water on my mother (who was also the birthday girl). And the grounds are really beautiful too! Their in house restaurant is wonderful. This time we visited the rugs when not clean , the room vents where bad so we asked then to come and change it and they did but left all the dust on the vents. Absolutely loved this place and have and will return again. Now's the time to support your favorite restaurants. If I were to order that dish again, I would simply ask for 6 shrimp.

The salmon was just a piece of salmon with little of interest. The wine list was extraordinary and the selections by the glass were excellent, all local wines.

Fantastic lunch, and have also been here for breakfast (equally outstanding). We constantly had to adjust the shade to keep the sun at bay but even that wasn't always possible. Food was delicious! Really lovely food. Everything was just superb. If you are feeling flush, they offer a vintage DRC for $3,250. The service was exceptional as was the food. Wonderful service -except a glass of wine was $28.
