For measurement of frailty the Clinical Frailty Scale was used at ICU admission. Please note: **The CFS has not been widely validated in younger populations (below 65 years of age), or in those with learning disability. We also determine frailty prevalence in our emergency department (ED) as measured with the Clinical Frailty Scale.
